Taylor Thomas (@_oftaylor) is a Senior Software Engineer working on Helm and other open source tooling at Microsoft. He has been involved with containers and Kubernetes platforms at Intel, Nike, and Microsoft and is one of the core maintainers of Helm. He currently lives in Utah, USA and enjoys hiking and camping. He has given talks at several KubeCon’s, Velocity Conf, and Helm Summit on a wide variety of container-related topics.

Jose Miguel is an open source enthusiast with over 15 years of experience with Linux as a sysadmin, solutions architect and Debian Developer. He joined Microsoft in 2010 to work on open source technologies and is part of the Azure team, sitting right where Linux and the cloud meet. Prior to joining Microsoft, Jose Miguel led design and architecture of the national Linux operating system of Venezuela (where he’s originally from, but he lives in Seattle today) with over 2M end users today.
